Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division Mianwali, invites e-tenders for multiple schemes including the establishment of PERA Enforcement Stations in Isa Khel and Piplan, and various maintenance and repair (M&R) works at the District & Session Court complex and Judicial Colonies. Engineering firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories and the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. The bidding process requires a scanned copy of a 5% Earnest Money CDR to be uploaded, with the original submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before the bid opening at 11:30 AM on 12 May 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system, and successful bidders are required to furnish a 10% Performance Guarantee within 15 days of contract award.
