For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC is procuring renovation and repair services for guest accommodation facilities across multiple Sindh locations via EPADS portal.
The project requires PEC C-6 category certification with CE-10 subcategory — a standard requirement for civil works contractors. Scope involves repair and maintenance of existing structures rather than new construction, suggesting moderate complexity. The single-stage one-envelope bidding process and tight 16-day submission window from notice to deadline indicate a straightforward procurement with predefined scope in BOQ format. Lack of published budget or item-level BOQ in the notice suggests scope details are only accessible via EPADS login.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC certificate of category C-6 or above with subcategory CE-10. Registration on EPADS v2.0 platform is mandatory. The notice does not explicitly state NTN or SECP registration requirements, though these are typically required for all federal procurements in Pakistan.
