Four separate AOM&R contracts for water supply scheme maintenance in Orakzai District, ranging from 5–8 million rupees in estimated cost.
Bidders are restricted to one package only; multi-package bids trigger automatic disqualification. Mechanical contractors must demonstrate local workshop operation with formal certification. The affidavit commitment to hold downtime under 2 days signals service-critical contracts with enforcement intent. Combined value and restricted bidding suggest competitive procurement for essential infrastructure operations.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold PEC registration (CE-09 for civil; EE-04, EE-05, EE-11, ME-07 for electrical/mechanical), active KPPRA status, and Provincial Works Department enlistment certificate. Mechanical bidders require an operational workshop in Orakzai or Hangu with subdivision officer certification. Typically, bidders also require active NTN, financial solvency evidence, and relevant project experience within the past 3–5 years.
