Description / Scope of Work
The National Assembly Secretariat invites electronic bids for the disposal of official vehicles through open auction on an as-is-where-is basis. This procurement is open to individuals, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies, holding companies, limited guarantee companies, state-owned enterprises, NGOs, NPOs and inter-governmental organisations. The auction will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement platform, with bidding activity searchable under Disposal Activity ID D10822. The assets are located in Islamabad, Federal territory. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax purposes and must maintain active taxpayer status throughout the bidding process.
Eligibility requires that all prospective bidders hold valid FBR registration for income tax and sales tax, with confirmed active taxpayer list status. No specific bid security amount is mentioned in the notice, though bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS v2.0 online platform; manual bid submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable regulations.

The e-auction will remain open until Thursday, 1st October 2026 at 02:30 PM, with online evaluation commencing at 03:00 PM the same day. Bidders may increase their offers multiple times before the closing deadline, after which the highest bidder will be automatically selected as the winner by the EPADS system.
