The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites applications for the pre-qualification of general contractors for large-scale civic infrastructure and allied works in Lahore. The project, valued at approximately PKR 5,900 million, involves road construction, underground utility networks, drainage systems, landscape development, and architectural site elements. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CA. The procurement process is conducted strictly through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's EPADS system. Eligible contractors are required to submit their pre-qualification proposals electronically via EPADS by 03:00 PM on 13 May 2026."
