Description / Scope of Work
Wah Brass Mill, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited, invites sealed quotations for the procurement of Vertical Centrifugal Pump with Motor (Quantity 04 units) as per the detailed specifications provided in the Schedule of Tender. This foreign purchase tender is issued under PUR/4/007 and the tender reference is TE No. 12-FP/LP-PUMP WITH MOTOR-PUR-WBM-2026-27, dated 14-09-2026. The procurement is intended for the mill's operations in Wah Cantonment, Punjab. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes through a single-stage two-envelope method, with technical and commercial offers placed separately.
Bidders must be registered suppliers capable of supplying equipment meeting specified technical standards. Conditional or alternative offers will be ignored. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 days from the tender opening date. Quotations shall be based on CPT Islamabad or CFR Karachi value including airworthy or seaworthy packing. Preference is given to dispatch via Pakistan International Airline (PIA) or Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC); however, other airlines or vessels may be used except Indian or Israeli carriers. A Performance Guarantee at 10 percent of CFR contract value is required within 15 days of contract award, unless the total CFR value is less than USD 50,000. Stores must be supplied on warranty or guarantee with a specified period for trouble-free operation and spare parts availability.
Tenders must be submitted to GM-BD, Wah Brass Mill, POF's Bid Centre (Room No 02) behind Rabta Hall, POFs Wah Cantt, Post Code 47040, before 1100 hours on 21-10-2026 (Wednesday).
