The Public Health Engineering Division Malakand invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors holding specialization code CE-09 under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 for construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes across northern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Two projects are being tendered: a water supply scheme in Mian Kalay Qaldara with estimated cost of PKR 2.8 million, and a rehabilitation project for water supply systems at Cheema and Patak in Dargai with estimated cost of PKR 5 million. The scope encompasses construction, installation and commissioning of water distribution infrastructure across Chitral Lower, Upper, Swat, Dir Lower, Malakand, Buner, Shangla, Kohistan Lower and Upper, Battagram, Mansehra, Torghar, Abbottabad, Kolai Pallas and Harpur. Bidders must be registered with KP Revenue Authority with active status and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council category CE-09 certification. Bid security is required as per KPPRA notification at two percent of Engineer's Estimate plus five rupees duty. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADs portal before the specified closing dates. Bid opening will occur on site in the presence of government contractors or authorized representatives on the dates and times mentioned in the advertisement.
