Small-scale civil works with solar installation component, estimated at Rs.
2 million. This is a six-month execution project with a closure date in October 2026, leaving limited time between tender issuance and deadline. The project combines structural rehabilitation with renewable energy installation—a growing market segment in public infrastructure. Bid security requirement is relatively modest (5%) and there are standard deduction structures (8% IT, 5% SBR, 5% security). The fixed-price contracting approach eliminates scope for rate escalation claims, so bidders must price conservatively. Social welfare fund backing suggests political priority and reasonable payment discipline.

The notice specifies registration with PEC is required where applicable (standard for construction contracts in Pakistan).
