Description / Scope of Work
District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites bids from registered firms and companies engaged in trading for the supply of goods and services under ADP Schemes for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is being processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per single stage single envelope procedures. Bidders must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement is conducted by the District Council located in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab province.
All bidders must submit a Bid Security equivalent to the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order made in the name of District Council Rahim Yar Khan. Late submissions will be rejected. Bidders are required to upload their complete bids online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk well before the submission deadline to avoid technical issues. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline.
E-bid submission closes on 06 October 2026 at 01:00 PM with e-bid opening on the same day at 01:30 PM. Physical bid security documents should be delivered to the Procurement Office at Town Hall Office, District Council Rahim Yar Khan. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. For technical support regarding the e-procurement portal, bidders should contact the system support team. District Council Rahim Yar Khan is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing submissions.
