PNSC is procuring materials and spares for ship repair under a negotiated tender with one-week submission deadline.
This is a government maritime contract via ePADS for vessel M.T. Sovereign. Scale appears medium to large given shipping industry context and multiple line items listed. Bidders must register on ePADS before submission; bid security is mandatory. Tight deadline suggests urgency, possibly driven by operational vessel requirements.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. The notice does not specify NTN, SECP, or PEC requirements explicitly. Typically, suppliers to federal maritime corporations must hold valid NTN, be registered with relevant tax authority, and possess relevant business registration. Documentation requirements should be confirmed in the full bid document.
