Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC (Procurement Department) in Sindh has reserved funds for FY 2026-27 to procure non-consultancy services for the hiring and appointment of an Independent Shares Registrar on a complete package basis. The procurement is referenced as P105301 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 following Single Stage-One Envelope Bidding Procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The service scope, detailed specifications, and deliverables are contained in the Bill of Quantities and outlined scope of work documents available in the bidding package.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. All bidders must comply with eligibility criteria specified in the bidding documents, including relevant registrations and operational requirements. The procurement is open to qualified service providers meeting the tender specifications and statutory obligations under Pakistani procurement law.
