District Health Authority Attock invites protected bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract to supply medicines, medical devices, auto-disables and surgical disposable items to the CEO Office DHA Attock, including Jail Hospital Attock, during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated tender value is PKR 3,000,000 and covers local purchase of pharmaceuticals and related medical supplies on a free delivery basis to the consignee's location in Attock. This is a framework contract arrangement enabling regular procurement of essential healthcare consumables throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must be registered pharmacies holding a valid CDSL (Central Drugs Standardization Laboratory registration) on Form 09 and registered as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System platform. Bid security of PKR 60,000 (2 percent of the estimated tender value) is required, to be submitted through digital banking via the e-Procurement System and attached with the technical bid. The bid validity period is 90 days and bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
