For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two large dismantle lots being auctioned simultaneously—primarily office furniture (chairs, tables, almirahs, cabinets) and miscellaneous machinery/office equipment parts (batteries, toner, telephone sets, photocopier components).
Scale suggests institutional liquidation or asset disposal; combined inventory of ~1,100+ individual items indicates potential bulk purchase opportunity for retailers, institutions, or recyclers. Tight seven-day removal deadline and cash-only security deposit (Rs. 35,000 non-refundable) are significant logistical constraints. No reserve prices disclosed, leaving bidding outcome uncertain. One-off auction with no indication of recurring disposals.
Who can bid: Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any procuring agency or PPRA, confirmed by statutory affidavit. No specific PEC category, NTN, SECP registration, or professional license mentioned; typically for asset auction participation, bidders are required to hold valid NTN registration and have no adverse procurement history.
