TDCP seeks a framework supplier of bespoke tables for tourist facilities across Punjab for 2026-27, with minimum contract value of Rs.
5 million. The tender requires bidders to demonstrate manufacturing capability through design portfolios and product samples at bid stage, indicating a quality-focused procurement. Framework duration suggests recurring orders. Tight 60-day delivery timeline and requirement for TDCP-directed design variations mid-contract signal bespoke, artisanal production rather than standardised supply.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, possess SECP registration (for companies), submit non-blacklisting certificate per PPRA Rules 2014, and provide Rs. 250,000 bid security. Typically, participation also requires demonstration of manufacturing experience and capacity, supported here by mandatory design and sample submission at bid opening.
