The University of the Punjab, through its Office of the Treasurer in the Stock Verification Section at the Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, invites sealed bids for the auction of dead wood logs on an 'as is where is' basis. Tenders must be submitted in the Tender Box available at the Stock Verifier's office, University of the Punjab, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, with a closing date of 06.10.2026 up to 11:00 a.m. Tender opening will occur at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the Committee Room, Accounts Branch, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Dead wood logs may be examined during office hours through the office of the Resident Officer-II. The successful bidder must lift the articles within one month after depositing the offered amount. All expenses including labour, carriage, weightage and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the bidder.
