Description / Scope of Work
Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the rental of a shop for establishment and operation of a stationery, medical books and photocopy shop at the MTI-MMC Mardan campus. The invitation is issued under Rule 50-D of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 through a single stage single envelope procedure. The procurement is open to bidders registered with relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Where applicable, bidders must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bidders are required to submit bid security of Rs. 200,000 (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order, or Banker's Cheque drawn in favor of the Hospital Director, MTI-MMC Mardan. An affidavit confirming the original placement of the bid security must accompany the financial bid.
Bid Solicitation Documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working days (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Documents are also available for download from the KP-PPRA and MTI-MMC Mardan websites. Complete bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 08 October 2026 (Thursday) and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the Conference Room of MTI-MMC Mardan in the presence of the Procurement/Asset Disposal Committee and authorized bidder representatives. The Competent Authority will award the contract to the bidder offering the highest evaluated rent subject to fulfillment of all prescribed eligibility and other requirements, in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 Rule 50-D(7).
