ا یہ واضح ہے کہ اس دستاویز میں بیان کردہ شرائط و ضوابط مکمل طور پر سختی سے نافذ العمل ہیں۔
2 بولی دہندگان اس بات کے پابند ہوں گے کہ وہ بولی کھلنے کے مقرر / طے شدہ وقت / جگہ پر ٹینڈر / بولی کے مطلوبہ دستاویزات جمع کروائیں گے ۔ نیز بولی کھلنے کے بعد نا مکمل دستاویزات کو مکمل کرنے اور جمع کروانے کی درخواست پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
3 معاون دستاویزات، انڈر ٹیکنگ، درست دستاویزی ثبوت، اور بولی کی دستاویز میں مذکور شرائط و ضوابط کے مطابق نہ ہونے والی بولیاں مسترد تصور ہوں گی۔ مقررہ وقت اور تاریخ کے بعد موصول ہونے والی بولیاں یا سی ڈی آر فوری طور پر مسترد کر دی جائے گی۔
4 بولی دہندگان کو اپنی کمپنی / فرم کے پرنٹ شدہ لیٹر ہیڈ (اگر ہے) پر اپنی پیشکشیں درج کرنی ہوں گی۔
