Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission invites sealed bids for a centrally managed antivirus solution covering 550 users and systems with a one-year subscription period. This procurement is being conducted under Single Stage One Envelopes procedures through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated contract value is Rs. 1,190,750 (inclusive of all applicable taxes), and the scope covers comprehensive security management for the commission's IT infrastructure across Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be firms or companies actively engaged in the provision of antivirus and security services, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. The bid security requirement is Rs. 23,815, representing 2 percent of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit bid security online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System as directed by PPRA. Bid validity period is 120 days from the submission date.
Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab Healthcare Commission website (www.phc.org.pk), the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk), and the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bids must be submitted online on or before 30 September 2026 at 14:00 hours; late submissions will be rejected by the system. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 14:30 hours through the online platform in the presence of bidders' representatives if they wish to attend.
