Description / Scope of Work
HQ DW&CE (DP) near Gate No. 7, GHQ Rawalpindi invites applications from pre-qualified firms and contractors for issuance of tender documents covering seventeen miscellaneous works at HIT Taxila Cantonment and PAC Kamra under clauses 13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules 2004. The scope includes construction and renovation of sheds, design centres, pre-fabricated structures, machinery installation for K1, K3, K4, K8 and CNC equipment, foundation work, electrical installations, security infrastructure, block construction, and overhead crane provision across both military engineering facilities in Punjab. The aggregate estimated value of works ranges from approximately 10.65 million to 49.99 million rupees per contract, with total project investment spanning multiple engineering and construction disciplines. Bidders must be pre-qualified firms or contractors enlisted with PEC in categories C-2, C-3, C-4 or C-5 with validity extending to June 2026, preferably registered with MES in categories A, B or C, and pre-qualified by the Engineer-in-Chief's Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi with no outstanding DI&E liabilities. Tender documents will be issued to eligible pre-qualified firms and must be received at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi by 1130 hours on 2 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day. Interested contractors should submit complete applications including work orders, project photographs, completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates and three years of income tax returns.
