This is a single-unit snorkel procurement for Pakistan Navy with tender reference R2609360113 and an October 2026 closing deadline.
Vendors must be DGDP-registered or undertake registration to bid; unregistered firms face higher bank challan fees (Rs. 300 versus Rs. 200). The bid structure requires sealed submission of technical offer (duplicate), earnest money, and commercial offer in separate envelopes, suggesting a competitive, formally-evaluated process. Notable requirement: manufacturer authorization and price lists must accompany technical submissions, indicating the Navy seeks original equipment or authorized distributors rather than generic suppliers.
