For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is an open invitation for defence stores and equipment supply by Pakistan Navy's procurement directorate.

The notice emphasizes strict compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DP&L-35 procedures; bidders must demonstrate technical expertise, financial stability and DGDP registration or willingness to register. The tender requires submission in sealed envelopes with separate technical and commercial offers. Potential bidders should note mandatory documentation requirements including bank challans, tax proofs, CEO credentials and OEM compliance certificates. This appears to be a standing procurement rather than a single project, suitable for established defence suppliers with prior Navy experience.

Who can bid: Bidders must typically be registered or willing to register with DGDP (Defence Goods & Services Directorate). Companies must possess requisite technical capability and financial strength. NTN and income tax registration proof required. If importing goods, OEM Certificate of Conformance must be provided. Companies must comply with SECP or relevant registration requirements and provide CNIC of CEO.
