The Indigenous Research & Development Agency (IRADA), under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan, invites international tenders for the procurement of miscellaneous agro chemical pesticides, insecticides, fungicides, weedicides, herbicides, and pheromones. The tender covers a comprehensive range of department of plant protection registered products including aluminum phosphide tablets in multiple sizes and concentrations, dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, fipronil, lambda, and dimethoate technical concentrates, along with miscellaneous emulsifiers for formulation purposes. Additionally, domestic and household product categories include methyl eugenol, alpha cypermethrin, malathion, fenthion, permethrin, and lambda formulations in powder and sachet formats. The procurement covers the period from August 2026 to 2027 and is administered by the IRADA Regional Office located at Tenekil Plant, PCSIR Laboratory Complex, off University Road, Karachi, Pakistan.
Prospective bidders must demonstrate substantial manufacturing experience and capacity in agrochemical pesticide production, with documented international supply experience and export performance records covering the last five years. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive organizational structure details, financial records for the preceding three years, local supply experience documentation, and evidence of previous supply within Pakistan. Technical qualifications and manufacturing facility certifications aligned with international standards are expected to form part of the mandatory eligibility assessment.
