Description / Scope of Work
The Cannabis Control & Regulatory Authority (CCRA), Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from registered firms, contractors, suppliers and dealers for pre-qualification of workshop(s) to provide repair and maintenance services of machinery, equipment, hardware, furniture and fixtures, as well as repair and renovation of office buildings under an Open Framework Agreement spanning three financial years (FY-2026-27 and beyond). The contract scope covers facilities and asset management at the CCRA headquarters located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (FBR), maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess their own offices, stock, manpower and technical expertise in the Rawalpindi-Islamabad region.
Eligible bidders must hold valid tax registration certificates and be listed as active taxpayers by the FBR.
