Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the provision and installation of signage and fascia structures at the Petrol Pump (NVROS) locations in the Sahiwal division of Sindh province. The project encompasses supply and installation of blue bars and signage miscellaneous items, including aluco bond or panaflex blue bar repasting (500 running feet), canopy fascia supporting structure with MS frame of specified dimensions (1,180 running feet), L-channel structures (1,180 running feet), Z-channel structures (1,180 running feet), and new acrylic blue bars fitted with blue vinyl (250 running feet). All rates are inclusive of 16 percent PST, labour and transportation charges. The scope includes removal of old/faded signage, cleaning, re-installation of new structures, and debris disposal as per engineer instructions. Work must be completed within 30 days of issuance of the service order. The project is issued under SAP number 6100018204 and PM MODULE framework for retail outlet signage improvements across Sahiwal.
Bidders must provide comprehensive quotations with unit prices and total amounts for all line items. All labour, tools, materials and transportation are to be provided by the contractor. Bidders must comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards laid down by PSO, including provision of certified PPE to all workers, third-party certification for scaffolding and safety equipment, and engagement of licensed electricians for electrical work where applicable. Work cannot commence after sunset or during adverse weather conditions without written approval from the divisional engineer. The contractor bears full responsibility for any accidents, property damage or non-compliance with HSE instructions, with PSO reserving the right to terminate contracts for violations.
Quotations must be submitted by 29 September 2026. Payment will be made based on actual work completed and verified by the divisional engineer. The contractor must ensure continuous site supervision, proper cordoning of work areas, and implementation of comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation planning.
