This is a small-value municipal signage project for a neon and acrylic board installation on Pindi Bhattian's motorway bridge.
The estimated cost of PKR 10 lakh suggests a straightforward procurement unlikely to attract large contractors. Bidders must have valid PEC registration and navigate the mandatory E-Procurement portal submission process. The one-year refund hold on performance security and the blacklisting clause for false documentation indicate strict compliance enforcement typical of Punjab municipal tenders.
Who can bid: Contractors must hold valid PEC license, possess CNIC, valid PRA registration and NTN, and be registered on the department E-Procurement website. Only contractors meeting these credentials and having no prior disqualifications can bid. Typically, such municipal works require active PEC membership and tax registration.
