NUMS seeks a qualified signage supplier-installer for a single academic block project in Islamabad.
The tender requires two years minimum documented experience and comprehensive regulatory compliance (NTN, GST, FBR registration). Notably, payment is entirely conditional on final commissioning acceptance—no advance mobilization funds are available, creating cash-flow risk for smaller bidders. The 2% bid security and stringent imported-equipment documentation requirements (OEM, CE/ISO, performance guarantees) suggest the signage may incorporate high-end components. This appears a moderate-value, one-off installation contract with tight technical and documentation demands.
Who can bid: Applicants must be SECP-registered companies with active NTN and GST or Professional Tax status from FBR. Minimum two years' prior experience in signage supply and installation is mandatory. Applicants blacklisted by PPRA, unregistered with tax authorities, or with tax payment defaults are barred. Import-related compliance with FBR regulations is required. Typically, bidders for such work also need valid insurance, bank references, and audited financial statements.
