Description / Scope of Work
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of various items required for the installation of CIR (Carrier In Route), GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), Intranet and E-office connections across Punjab. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for eligible payments under this contract. The scope encompasses equipment and materials necessary for telecommunications infrastructure deployment. Interested bidders may access the complete e-bidding documents on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/113170. Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory for all potential participants to engage in the bidding process and access detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions.
Bidders must submit sealed electronic bids through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. The procurement will adopt the Single Stage-One Envelope method using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
Bid opening will occur on the same day at Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:30 AM using the ePADS v2.0 platform. Manual submission of bids is not permitted. Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 prior to submission.
