Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Veeam Data Platform Foundation Universal Perpetual License, Enterprise Plus Edition, in a 20-instance pack with two years of production support included. The software will be delivered to PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi, Sindh. This is an upgrade to existing Veeam licenses currently held by PSO covering 20 instances for a three-year term with one year already consumed. The procurement is intended to extend and enhance the organization's backup and restore capabilities for both tape and disk environments.
Bidders must be an authorized Tier 1, Silver (minimum), or Enterprise Business Partner of Veeam manufacturer, with at least three years of continuous affiliation and current-year certification (plus valid certifications for 2025, 2024, and 2023). Vendors must demonstrate prior business with Veeam Software for backup and restore solutions, supported by purchase order copies showing transactions with at least three publicly listed or private companies of equivalent standing within the last five years. A minimum of two certified engineers on Veeam Software with valid certifications is mandatory. Bidders must assign a designated contract administrator for PSO liaison. PSO reserves the right to cancel the tender evaluation process at any time without liability or obligation to inform affected bidders. Any bidder failing to meet required terms and conditions may be disqualified at any stage prior to purchase order award.
Quotations must be submitted by 01 October 2026 in USD with supporting commercial invoices in both USD and PKR alongside the State Bank of Pakistan exchange rate sheet. Payment will be made in PKR according to SBP-notified rates on the software delivery date. Delivery is required within two weeks of contract award.
