Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a 15KVA inverter with lithium ion batteries, phase corrector, and complete installation services at its Lahore campus located on Defence Road, Lahore, Punjab. This is a goods and services procurement with reserved funds allocated under FY 2026-27 budget. The procurement will be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All eligible bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bid security amount and other detailed eligibility requirements are outlined in the Bid Data Sheet section of the bidding documents.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with e-Bidding Document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using EPADS v2.0 on the same platform.
