Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Lahore, invites prequalification applications from suppliers for procurement of furniture items through framework agreements under cost-based selection methodology. This is a national competitive bidding process for the supply of common-use furniture commodities to NADRA's Lahore office located at 73-Trade Center M.A. Johar Town. The procurement is structured as a framework agreement arrangement, allowing NADRA to issue call-off contracts against the approved framework for furniture supplies as required. The prequalification process aims to identify capable and reliable suppliers meeting NADRA's technical, financial and operational criteria before formal invitation to bid.
Applicants must demonstrate adequate financial capacity, operational experience in furniture supply, and compliance with all regulatory requirements under Pakistan's Public Procurement Ordinance 2002 and Public Procurement Rules 2004. Prequalified suppliers will be eligible to participate in subsequent call-off contracts issued under the framework agreement. Qualification criteria, application procedures, and detailed requirements are specified in Section III of the prequalification document, along with mandatory eligibility documentation.
Interested suppliers should obtain the complete prequalification document and submit applications in accordance with the Instructions to Applicants provided in Section I of the bidding document. Applications must be submitted by the closing date of October 2, 2026. For further information, contact NADRA RHO Lahore at telephone (92-42) 99232816 or 99232833, facsimile (92-42) 99232807, or email lhr.admin@nadra.gov.pk. The prequalification document is available from the procuring agency and contains all necessary application forms and qualification criteria.
For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NADRA is establishing a framework agreement for furniture supply to its Lahore office.
This is a prequalification-stage notice; interested suppliers must first pass qualification screening before being invited to bid. The framework structure suggests recurring or longer-term supply requirements. The notice provides no specific volumes, budget estimates, or furniture categories—these details typically emerge in the call-off tender documents. Suppliers should expect to demonstrate financial stability, prior furniture supply experience, and regulatory compliance (NTN, applicable registrations). The September 2026 date indicates this is forward-looking; bidders should prepare qualification documentation early.
Who can bid: Applicants must be registered with relevant authorities (typically NTN for tax purposes). Suppliers should hold valid SECP registration if a company or maintain business registration if sole proprietor. Experience in furniture supply is expected. The prequalification document (Section III) specifies detailed criteria; review of financial statements, past performance references, and production/warehouse capacity will typically be required.
