Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Islamabad seeks sealed bids for the procurement of ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) equipments under tender reference P94597 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 and will employ a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this national-level procurement, which is open to eligible vendors from across Pakistan.
Bidders are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the amount and form specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively by providing a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
