Description / Scope of Work
Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture Multan invites sealed e-bids from registered firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers for the provision of supply and services covering printing, stationery, publication materials and meal, refreshment and catering services for the International Conference ICRWMSA-2026 under a research project. The tender is divided into two separate lots: LOT-I for printing, stationery and publication services with an estimated cost of Rs. 800,000, and LOT-II for meal, refreshment and catering services with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,600,000. Bids are invited on a delivery-duty-paid (DDP) basis under the Single Stage, One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The University of Agriculture is located in Multan, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be income tax and sales tax registered firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities. Bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required from all bidders. Bidders must submit their proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit their e-bids electronically using the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 01 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
