For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Two distinct contracts: major park development/upgradation in Lahore (PKR 3.46 crore, 9-month timeline) and irrigation pump/light installation across multiple civil secretariat sites (PKR 73.07 lakh, 1-month timeline).
The park project is substantial and longer-duration; the irrigation work is smaller and urgent. Both require digital bid submission and performance guarantees. Closing is October 6, 2026. Registration on E-Procurement Punjab is mandatory; typical contractors should assess if they hold required PEC category and can mobilize resources within tight timelines, especially for the one-month irrigation contract.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/). For construction/civil works, contractors typically require relevant PEC category registration from Pakistan Engineering Council. The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or other licensing requirements; however, such park development and infrastructure installation work typically requires PEC category A, B, or C depending on contract value, as well as valid business registration and tax compliance (NTN/SECP).
