For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a straightforward renovation and improvement contract for two public parks valued at approximately Rs.
3.16 million. The project requires full e-PADS registration and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Notably, the tender explicitly prohibits bidders from deploying identical experience and resources across multiple concurrent projects, meaning serious multi-project bidders must demonstrate distinct capability sets. The five percent bid security requirement is standard. Submission is entirely digital with a tight same-day opening window, demanding meticulous document preparation and timely portal access.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA. Contractors typically require valid PEC registration for construction works. The notice does not specify a minimum PEC category but the contract value and scope suggest category G or equivalent competency. Bidders may not use identical team composition or experience portfolio across multiple simultaneous bids for this procuring authority.
