Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of manpower, janitorial services, security services, and Naib Qasids at its establishments in Islamabad, Peshawar, and Karachi. The procurement is structured as seven lots organized by city and service type, with bidders eligible to bid for one, several, or all lots. This is a Quality and Cost Based Selection tender conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. The contract period and other details are specified in the Bid Data Sheet.
Bidders must be registered with Income/Sales Tax authorities and PPRA, meeting all eligibility criteria outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. Original Bid Security against each lot bid for must be submitted with the Technical Proposal in the form specified in ITB Clause H. Firms should ensure they meet all registration and compliance requirements before submitting bids.
Tender documents are available from the Office of the Auditor-General of Pakistan at Constitution Avenue, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad, and are also accessible on www.agp.gov.pk and the PPRA website. Sealed bids must reach the Assistant Auditor-General (Personnel) on or before 30 September 2026 at 1100 hours, with bid opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day.
