The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids for the renovation of the water treatment plant located in the K-Block commercial area of Model Town Society, Lahore, Punjab. This project concerns the upgrade and rehabilitation of critical water infrastructure serving the commercial district. The tender is issued under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is open to contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society. Bid documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during standard working hours upon submission of a written request addressed to the undersigned authority. Prospective bidders may seek clarifications regarding the tender during regular business hours from the same office.
Bidders must hold valid enlistment with Model Town Society to be eligible for participation. Detailed eligibility requirements, including any required licenses, certifications, or financial qualifications, are specified within the full tender documents. Late, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will be rejected outright and will not be considered for evaluation by the committee.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified office address before 1:00 PM on 06-10-2026. The Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to formal acceptance.
