Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, through the Office of the Principal at Govt. Boys Degree College Danyore Gilgit, invites sealed tenders for repair and maintenance of transport. This is a one-off maintenance contract with an estimated scope reflected in the call deposit amount of Rs. 4,000. The project is located in the Gilgit-Baltistan region and represents routine institutional maintenance work necessary to keep college transport assets operational. Tender documents were issued on 16 September 2026, and the contract will be executed with an approved Government Contractor or firm approved by the department. Bidders are required to provide earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of the work as a call deposit in the name of Principal Government Boys Degree College Muhammad Abad Danyore. Tender forms can be obtained from the college office on cash payment of Rs. 4,000, non-refundable. Bidders must have an established transport-related business such as a transport showroom or repair shop located within the Gilgit district. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization or PPRA must accompany the tender documents. Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned, with the closing date and opening time scheduled for 2 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Incomplete tender documents will not be accepted, and the Principal reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reasons.
