Description / Scope of Work
The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari District South, Karachi invites bids for improvement and repair works of S.M. Muhammad Hall, UC-03, TMC Lyari. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 2,992,677 with a bid security requirement of Rs 150,000 and a tender fee of Rs 3,000. The scope encompasses repair and improvement activities at the municipal hall located in Karachi, Sindh, a critical infrastructure asset serving the local community. Interested bidders must submit sealed tenders with original bid security by 02 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening is scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer B&R, Town Municipal Corporation, Chakiwara No. 01, Sharah-e-Abdul Raheem Lyari Karachi.
