This is a recurring framework contract for vehicle hire services spanning 32 separate lots across Punjab, valued at approximately PKR 61.7 million total.
The procurement is open to private registered firms and proprietors. Notable features include submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System only (no physical submission), relatively modest bid security requirements (3-5% of lot values), and individual lot bidding flexibility. The tight October 2026 deadline and requirement for separate securities per lot suggest this is an active procurement requiring immediate system registration and document assembly.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and hold valid Federal Board of Revenue and Income Tax registrations. Sole proprietors, firms, and companies are eligible. Typically, bidders should also maintain active business tax registration and comply with all Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 stipulations for framework contracts.
