Tehsil Municipal Administration Jamrud invites sealed electronic bids for the Rokhana Qabail Integrated Developmental Package under MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual). The tender comprises fourteen construction schemes for model streets, drainage infrastructure, side walls, retaining walls and culverts across multiple localities in Tehsil Jamrud, District Khyber, KPK. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 and above (for schemes exceeding 30 million rupees) or C-6 and above (for smaller schemes), and enrolled with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit 2% earnest money as original call deposit in favour of TMO/TMA Jamrud, valid NTN, PEC, SECP registration and Income Tax Certificate. All bid documents must be downloaded from EPADS portal and submitted electronically via https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 5 October 2026.
Tender forms are available on EPADS portal at prescribed fee (0.03% of scheme cost, non-refundable). Technical bids will be opened on 5 October 2026 at 12:00 PM in presence of bidders' representatives at Tehsil Municipal Officer office, TMA Jamrud. Financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened subsequently. Online clarification closes 12:00 PM on 23 September 2026. Sealed bids must be sent via registered courier service to office address by tender committee specified date and time.
