M/o NHSR&C seeks qualified audit firms for a performance audit of Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore—a specialized healthcare institutional assessment.
The engagement requires professional registration and proven audit capability in the health sector. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 indicates medium-scale professional services work. Submission is fully electronic via EPADS with a tight deadline; bidders must be prepared for simultaneous technical and financial envelope submission and same-day technical opening. This appears to be a one-off institutional audit rather than a recurring framework contract.
Who can bid: Typically, consulting and audit firms must be registered with SECP or relevant professional bodies (e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan for audit services), hold current tax registration (NTN), and demonstrate prior experience in healthcare or institutional performance audits. The notice requires establishment as a reputable consulting or audit entity but does not explicitly specify PEC or sectoral registration. Bidders must meet qualifications outlined in the RFP's evaluation criteria.
