Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for furniture works at the Library located at IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi, Sindh. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender with reference number FUR/02/26-27 and bid security of Rs.34,833. The tender is open to active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies and suppliers registered with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) electronic procurement system to participate.
Eligibility requires bidders to hold active taxpayer status and maintain current registration with SPPRA EPADS and relevant tax authorities. The tender fee is Rs.1,000, which can be generated from the IBA website and deposited at any branch of Meezan Bank Ltd. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 1, 2026 at 11 PM at IBA Main Campus for bidders to familiarize themselves with the project scope.
Tender documents are available at the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, and can also be downloaded from the IBA website and SPPRA EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through SPPRA EPADS system at www.eprocure.gov.pk with duly signed and stamped tender documents along with copies of earnest money and supporting documents. The original bid security and original bid must be physically delivered to IBA before the opening date of October 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
