Description / Scope of Work
The FBISE (Procurement & Store), a federal authority, is procuring miscellaneous goods for the fiscal year 2026-27 under tender reference P101827. This is a national-level procurement conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement encompasses various miscellaneous goods as detailed in the specifications section of the bidding documents. The contract will be executed in Islamabad, where FBISE maintains its main office at Service Road South, H-8/4.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform to participate. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
