Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites electronic bids for procurement of consumables, surgical items, laboratory kits and X-ray films for THQ Hospital Mehar under a framework contract valid for one year. This is a medical supplies procurement for fiscal year 2026-27 under Rule 15(b) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Performance security of 2 percent of the total contract value will be required upon award. Bidders must comply fully with all terms and conditions of the bidding documents; any deviation will result in disqualification.
Bids are to be submitted online through the ePADS portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk with a submission deadline of 06-10-2026 up to 1:30 pm.
