Govt Said Mitha Teaching Hospital in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for a framework contract focused on the repair and maintenance of air conditioners. The project scope includes general servicing of 1, 1.5, 2, and 4-ton units, gas refilling (R22/R-410A), and the repair or replacement of critical components like compressors, fan motors, and PCB cards. Contractors are expected to provide a 48-hour turnaround time for completion of work orders and maintain a backup stock of spare parts for emergency repairs. Eligible bidders must have at least two years of experience as an approved AC service provider and possess active NTN and PST registrations.
