Seven commodity lots totalling 12.157 million rupees for general stores, stationery, printing, plant and machinery, and furniture under a framework contract spanning FY 2026-27.
This is a recurring annual procurement by a provincial government department in Bahawalpur with straightforward eligibility and electronic bidding. The relatively modest lot sizes and multiple categories suggest opportunities for specialized suppliers; however, the tight submission timeline (bid opening on same day as deadline) and requirement for 120-day valid bid security indicate a formal, regulated process with minimal flexibility.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered firms, suppliers or manufacturers. Submission requires NTN and Sales Tax registration certificate. Bid security of 3 percent of estimated bid value must be furnished electronically through Punjab e-Procurement system. No specific PEC or professional category mentioned; typically construction-related procurement requires PEC registration, but this goods tender does not specify such requirements.
