Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Health Services, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the procurement of stationery and contingency items for the financial year 2026-27 through National Competitive Bidding via the E-PADS platform. The procurement is open to eligible bidders across Pakistan and will be conducted in a single stage with a single envelope as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available on the Health Department KP website, KP-PPRA website, and the E-PADS electronic procurement portal, allowing interested bidders to access tender specifications and submit their proposals online.
Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt drawn in favour of the Director General Health Services Peshawar, which must reach the office before bid opening. Quoted rates should represent the most competitive lowest prices for specified items inclusive of all applicable taxes, and the rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027. Prospective bidders should meet the stated qualification criteria and comply with all contractual obligations outlined in the standard bidding documents, which include general and special conditions of contract, payment terms, performance guarantees, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
Bidders must submit their bids online through the E-PADS portal on or before 11.00 AM on 6 October 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11.30 AM at the Directorate General Health Services Office in Peshawar in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
