For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PKLI is seeking framework suppliers of interventional radiology consumables at a contract value exceeding PKR 150 million.
This is a recurring framework arrangement rather than a one-time purchase, implying potentially significant ongoing volume. The prequalification stage suggests the institute will shortlist qualified vendors before issuing call-offs under the framework. Bidders must be registered on Punjab's e-Procurement portal and meet eligibility criteria—typically including valid business registration, NTN, relevant experience, and financial capacity. The tight submission deadline (8 October 2026) requires immediate action for interested suppliers.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Typically, suppliers are required to hold valid SECP registration, NTN, and evidence of prior experience supplying medical consumables or similar healthcare products. Any PEC registration or relevant sector certifications would strengthen applications. The notice does not explicitly state minimum turnover or years-in-business requirements, but such criteria are typically applied in prequalification for contracts of this scale.
