For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a supply contract for approximately 1041 school uniforms and shoes for 347 special-needs students over the 2026-27 financial year, valued at Rs.
40 million. The procurement involves three items per student (likely shirt/trousers and shoes), indicating volume orders of standard sizes. The use of Punjab e-Procurement System enforces compliance and transparency; bidders must be tax-registered. This appears to be an annual recurring procurement given the financial year designation, though the notice does not explicitly confirm future years. Successful bidders should have experience in bulk education sector supply and understanding of special education cohort needs.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered for both income tax (NTN) and sales tax with the relevant Pakistani authorities. Only firms registered under SECP or as sole proprietors with valid CNIC are eligible. Firms must not be blacklisted, debarred, suspended or removed from the PPRA approved list. Participation through Punjab e-Procurement System is mandatory. Typical procurement practice also requires bidders to demonstrate past supply experience and financial capacity.
