Description / Scope of Work
The Government Special Education Centre Renala Khurd in District Okara, Punjab, invites sealed electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply of uniforms and shoes for 214 special students enrolled at the centre during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Lac only), covering both winter season 2026 and summer season 2027 requirements. The procurement includes boy student uniforms comprising white shirt with departmental mono, Malati gray pant, black belt, black shoes of Bata or Service quality, black socks, navy blue jersey, white vest and navy blue tie with golden strips, and girl student uniforms comprising navy blue qameez with departmental mono, white shalwar and dupatta, black shoes, black socks, maroon shawl, maroon jersey and white slip. All supplies must be individually measured and tagged with student name and class, delivered free to the consignee's end in Renala Khurd.
Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for both Income Tax and Sales Tax and must not be debarred or blacklisted by PPRA. A bid security of Rs 1,25,000 (5% of estimated procurement cost) is required, preferably in the form of bank guarantee or certified cheque deposit through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must submit an affidavit on legal stamp paper of at least Rs 100 confirming that quoted prices are not over-plus compared to current market rates. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended up to 24-09-2025) under single stage double envelope mechanism. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes and must remain fixed throughout the financial year 2026-27.

Bids must be uploaded by 05-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical proposals opening on 05-10-2026 at 10:30 AM and financial proposals opening on 21-10-2025 at 10:30 AM or after settlement of any technical grievances.
